WHAT IS KOMBUCHA?

The foundation of BATU Vitamin Kombucha is green and black tea. During the first fermentation, refreshing acids and rich flavour aromas are developed.
Fermentation
After thirty days, additional tea and freshly pressed fruit juice are added, after which the kombucha continues to ferment for another week. This creates BATU’s refreshing and light taste.
Taste
The result is a refreshing, sugar-free kombucha made with 100% natural fruit juice and enriched with vitamins C, B6 and B12. A sophisticated and refreshing alternative to alcohol and sugary drinks.
