Zo maak je het:
- Muddle a few pieces of fresh pineapple using a muddler or mortar and pestle (about 15 ml juice).
- Add the pomegranate juice and lemon juice.
- Pour everything into a shaker, add plenty of ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain the mixture through a fine strainer (or tea strainer) into a BATU glass (30 ml).
- Fill the rest of the glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with BATU Ginger & Lemon.
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple and some pomegranate seeds.
For the alcoholic version: shake with 30 ml dark, medium-aged dry rum.
