Pear pressure

Pear, kombucha and basil. A delicate balancing act between aromatic, bitter and sweet.

Wat heb je nodig?

  • 30 ml organic pear juice
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 4–5 basil leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • BATU Ginger & Lemon
  • For the alcoholic version: 30 ml tequila

Zo maak je het:

  • Pour the pear juice and lime juice into a BATU glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Top up with BATU Ginger & Lemon.
  • Garnish with a slice of pear and a basil leaf.
For the alcoholic version: add the tequila.
