Hoppino

The no-booze version of the Italian Scroppino.

Wat heb je nodig?

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • BATU Passion Fruit & Mango
  • A few mint leaves
  • For the alcoholic version: 30 ml limoncello

Zo maak je het:

  • Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to a BATU glass (30 ml).
  • Top up with BATU Passion Fruit & Mango.
  • Garnish with mint and serve with a spoon.
  • Note: for this cocktail, it is especially important that the kombucha is served ice cold.
For the alcoholic version: add 30 ml limoncello (preferably straight from the freezer).
